New Zealand fashion designer, Colleen Toland started out making knitwear in the 1980’s that she embellished with beautiful beads & trim work. By the 1990’s she started creating jewelry. This estate piece is missing its’ original metal name tag, however, her work is extremely identifiable in style & workmanship. Delicate & romantic!
