Upcycled Vintage Jewelry

This vintage piece started out as a Brooch & I repurposed it into an edgy necklace! The patina is not quite silver & not quite gold, but a lovely combination of both metals. Hanging from the Lion’s head are two medallions, one depicts a Lion at rest and the other is a hunting scene. The lion’s eyes are a light topaz rhinestone.  This unique piece is one you don’t want to pass up!

Goldstone was invented in 1600’s Venice. It is a man-made glass that contains tiny copper crystals. The goldstone was set in gold filled frames to create these cufflinks from the Victorian & Edwardian period. And now they get to live their second life as wonderful heirloom earrings!

The glass crystal leaf brooch is a Lisner & has not been altered due to its’ collectibility, (however I did put a drop of glue on the clasp so it won’t accidentally open & poke you while wearing).
