This was a Christmas gift for our daughter. The item was reasonably priced, it shipped quickly, and arrived earlier than expected. Our daughter loves the necklace. Thank you.
Jeepers Peepers! These 1950’s cat eye glass make such a fun statement necklace. Mixed colors of silver & gold makes them even more interesting! The rhinestone details on these glasses is so cool!
Antique porcelain half dolls were incorporated into women’s home accessories as early as the 1870’s and maintained use into the 1940’s. They could be found as “handles” on vanity brushes or pin cushions. This little gem was the handle on a powder puff! The powder puff part was shot, but the porcelain lady still has plenty of life left in her!
Features:
Vintage porcelain half doll circa 1920’s - 1940’s. 2” x 1”
During the Victorian era, women favored small watches that were set in a bubble type case. Here is a cool replica of this style of watch! I have added an antique & a vintage button, vintage key and tassel to enhance it. This is a great long necklace to wear when you are looking for a fun conversation piece. I am happy to shorten the chain if you wish.
If jewelry could talk….what could this piece tell us? It has no markings, which would likely date it before 1906 when hallmarking jewelry was regulated in the country. (There are antique European pieces that are very old that have been hallmarked.) I don’t believe it is solid gold, but based on the patina and fine detailing I believe it may be gold filled, but I have not tested it. I am guessing the time period is Victorian Revival. An extremely unusual detail is a mirror opposite the photo compartment, I have never seen this. It is a wonderful piece and I haven’t been able to find any similar items for comparison. It is original except I have added a Victorian clip to hang it from to give it an extra something. I am happy to permanently seal the clip if you do not want to use the feature and would like to secure it in place. I acquired this at a good price and am passing the pricing on to you. You could be getting a steal, but I just want you to have a piece you love.
Features:
Antique gold filled locket, with Greek goddess carved cameo, pearl & engraving detail. Place for photo and mirror inside. 1”x 2”
Antique gold/rose gold hinged clip 3/8” x 1”
24” delicate antique gold chain, I have added a new clasp. I also include an 8” extender so it can be worn long.
This will be your new favorite necklace! Vintage collectible Bakelite buttons & beads circa 1920’s-1930’s are all through this necklace! Such a fun way to enjoy the wonderful colors of Bakelite.
Features:
Collectible Bakelite & other materials, beads & buttons
Original design - Silver tone chain w/ Bakelite beads & buttons - 30”
Wonderful Circa 1990’s ball locket. There are places for 6 photos. I added a 1950’s cufflink and a long adjustable sterling chain. Don’t let this one get away!
I’ve created this shadow box necklace using a vintage butterfly wing pendant, a found shell & seahorse charm. I added the word journey to invoke memories of travel and added vintage pearl beads for accents. Butterfly wing jewelry was a popular souvenir item in the 1940’s and collected today. I finished it off with a vintage pearl costume necklace for just the right amount of “wow”! An original mixed media art piece you can wear!
So cool… two vintage brooches combine together to make an amazing necklace! Brass with celluloid flowers and a brass fan with color accents. I’ve added two vintage chains and this boho chic piece is complete!
This Circa 1950’s Mother Brooch is faded into the softest color, so I mimicked the color using vintage beads pearls and remnants of vintage earrings. The sweetest gift is Mother.
This necklace is so romantic! I have combined an Antique Art Nouveau (1899-1910), buckle half picturing a flowing haired maiden, with an Art Nouveau style pocket size hand mirror. Swoon!
Cut steel jewelry, buttons & buckles became popular in France in 1760’s & continued to be made until the late 1800’s. The cuts on each steel rivet catch the light & the pattern is delicate and striking! The overall color reads as a darker silver or pewter, but there are also flashes of bronze & copper colors.
Such a show stopper necklace. I’ve layered 3 pastel & pearl buckles to frame the vintage butterfly pin and daisy remnant. The asymmetrical chain is created by using part of a vintage necklace on one side & a pin and beautiful antique glass links on the other side. Lots of length adjustment available with the large link chain I used! Fly away with this piece!
This stylized insect (Bee?) scatter pin, made with purple & pink rhinestones, decorated the front of this wonderful vintage gold locket. I’ve added different chains, pins, earrings & beads in the same color wave, to make this a very fun piece to wear. Sometimes when chains flip you get an unattractive view of the back of a piece… that is why I’ve embellished the back of the purple & pearl piece, so you will always look just right!
Features:
Vintage gold locket 1 1/2” x 2”
insect scatter pin
antique mother of pearl and rhinestone pin 5/8” x 1 1/2”
Avon is calling! This Vintage 1973 Avon Serena Rose Mirrored Pendant Necklace is just such a sweet vintage piece! I’ve added a soft carved rose bead and vintage pearl & crystal chain to make this a great stylish piece for today.
These little handmade doll pendants are so fun to wear! I sourced these pendants years ago and just recently rediscovered them in my stash. They attach with a lobster claw clasp so You can remove from chain and use it in other ways…a purse charm, key chain or just add it to an existing necklace!
How fun and versatile is this?! A great chunky piece of turquoise with a vintage rhinestone star pin and a silver and onyx pendant. You can put it on your purse handle for a purse charm, or slip it on the long chain for an easy long statement necklace!
This a fun necklace to throw on when you need an easy statement piece. I have repurposed vintage brooches & pendants in green & gold tones that complement each individual component!
Features:
Vintage green rhinestone & gold pin - 1 1/4” x 1 1/2”
This late 1800’s large picture button was originally titled “Cupid at the Fountain”. I have left the shank intact to preserve its’ collectibility. I have stacked a smaller antique button above it to give it even more interest. Wearable History!
This fun necklace has a great mix of elements. A nice long necklace to add pizazz to any outfit! Eclectic and interesting, you will love wearing this piece!
