Because of the custom and artistic nature of each piece, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges at this time. 

Antique and vintage buttons and remnants are the centerpiece of the jewelry from Closures-Remnants. Some of our pieces have more than 100 years worth of wear. It is not unusual for them to show age, including blemishes and slight variations that add to their worth but don't interfere with the integrity of the jewelry. Melinda is dedicated to your satisfaction with her jewelry. Please contact her with any concerns you may have. She will evaluate any concerns with the function of her pieces on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at melinda@closures-remnants.com if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
