Snake symbolism in jewelry has been around since ancient times. I took this pendant and part of the original tassel and made a turquoise chain and added details. This Is a collectible 1930 Kathleen Mary Quinlan Compact and the Art Deco design is great! I’ve repeated the color scheme in the chain & tassel & the celluloid links I sourced are from the same time period. The compact didn’t retain its’ original  powder tray or puff, so I created a collage feature inside to add just a bit of fun detail. This is a scarce find & one you will treasure!
